Is there anywhere where participants maybe on our website can see examples of case studies? - [Emily] Absolutely. So, there are several places that you can see most of the next generation NCLEX as well as all of the different items featured on the NCSBN. So, for instance, if you visit nclex.com and also nextgennurses.org, those two have a lot of resources available including a sample pack of just next generation case studies and questions that a candidate or an educator or anybody can peruse through, as well as a tutorial that you actually can go through and look at what the items would look like, kind of get the look and feel and the different item types that would be featured on the exam.

So, we did validity testing with individuals in each of the three sites. So, the machine was trained to produce an outcome, we then checked that outcome against a human judgment. So, that was the kind of validity testing against human judgment. And we also used reliability techniques with five different AI tools. All of this is reported in the technical paper, which I'm very happy to share with you.

These are acceptable forms of evidence of PSOR because each requires the individual to sign a legal attestation indicating that the state is that nurse’s PSOR. 4. When does the 60-day period begin? The period begins when the nurse arrives in the new state with the intent of that state being the new PSOR. 5. How does the rule impact travel nurses and military spouses? Generally, travel nurses who visit another state are only doing so temporarily and are not making a permanent change of PSOR. Therefore, this rule does not pertain in this scenario. However, if a temporary position in another NLC state leads to a permanent role whereby the nurse decides to make a change of PSOR, then the rule would apply.

This is going to be a very broad definition of telehealth. We're going to capture things, not only something that would be a full remote visit with the provider, something that would show up in insurance claims data, but it's also going to involve a nurse picking up the phone when a patient has a question or something like that. So that's going to be important to look at here, and it's going to really capture kind of a wide range of how nurses are using this technology in their day-to-day practice.
