    So the risk register is a compilation of new and ongoing risks to the organization which could potentially harm operations or reputation. Risks documented on the registry could include results from the risk assessment process, those arising from operational activities, for example, customer feedback that points to an issue. There could be issues with your standard operating procedures and staffing. There could be a lack of logging or lack of auditing that you need to address. And there could be some issues that arise from incidents or security events. This is an example of a risk register.
