    The committee reviewed the evaluation feedback from Delegate Assembly 2002 regarding the role of the Committee on Nominations, the election process, and the concern when there are more than two candidates from one area. The committee reviewed the video “Building a Successful Team” and discussed recruitment strategies. The committee reviewed the contents of the reference manual and members suggested that sample solicitation letters be included. They also suggested that a contact list of people who were interested in a committee but not appointed, current committee members, people who ran for elected office but were not elected, and board members who are eligible for re-election, be devel- oped every year for inclusion into the reference manual.
