There is growing support for the next session. • HI - has passed a resolution for the Centers for Nursing to convene a workgroup to study the NLC. APRN Compact: N. Livanos reported that Arizona’s legislative session ends today; however, the APRN compact bill did not make the cut to be heard on the House floor. The legislature will be in recess until August 1. 4. Rules Committee Update: Proposed Rules Discussion A. Henley, NLC Rules Committee chair, reviewed the proposed rules comment period. The public hearing will be held on June 26. Commissioners may continue to submit comments on the webpage. After the hearing, the Rules 3 Committee will consider all comments and present the final rules to the NLC Executive Committee, then to the NLC Commission.

The answer to that is yes. If it's critical to the state. If it's critical to the jurisdictions. If it's critical to the membership. We want that information. We want to build that information into the existing framework. So that you have the data points that you know are going to inform your outputs. That are going to help you make your case. Your kind of your impact narrative so to speak. It's going to help you proactively state your case to the public. Or whatever other interested informants at your state level or your district level etc.
