    So, you could see then looking at trends, if the data within Nursys from your board is increasing or going down. There are some key data elements that all the board should be looking at. First one is the DI 4, 4a and 5. And this all is related to discipline records. DI 6 through 9 includes licensure data directly related to verifications. DI 25 and 26 has to do with missing SSN and DOB. And this is important because we use those two, particularly for our matching within Nursys. And then last is DI 39 to 44, which are education records utilized in the verification process.

    There were 5 in which APRN restrictions were lifted in entirety and then the remaining 16 had easing of some restrictions and Tennessee was one of those states.     The reason, in the War of 1812, the British burned Washington and with it, they burned the collection of books at the Library of Congress, 3,000 volumes. Thomas Jefferson then sold his private collection of books to the Library of Congress, 6,400 volumes, and, of course, started collecting books again. Next time you're in D.C., if you haven't seen it, visit the Library of Congress. It's an amazing place. And you can see the exhibit of Thomas Jefferson's books in various languages with numerous books on health and medicine. Thomas Jefferson believed strongly that the key to a democracy, the key to this experiment in representative government was an educated population.
