So, you could see then looking at trends, if the data within Nursys from your board is increasing or going down. There are some key data elements that all the board should be looking at. First one is the DI 4, 4a and 5. And this all is related to discipline records. DI 6 through 9 includes licensure data directly related to verifications. DI 25 and 26 has to do with missing SSN and DOB. And this is important because we use those two, particularly for our matching within Nursys. And then last is DI 39 to 44, which are education records utilized in the verification process.

Other roles often required on NRBs are nurse educators (9%, n = 29), nursing assistants or technicians (8%, n = 26), members of other health professions (7%, n = 23), lawyers or other legal experts (5%, n = 15), a member of the country’s medical regulatory body who also participates in the NRB (4%, n = 12), representatives from the private nursing or home health industry (3%, n = 11), public health ministers or organizations (3%, n = 11), chief nurse officers (3%, n = 9), representatives from the Ministry of Education (2%, n = 6), and representatives from nursing professional organizations (2%, n = 6).

There were 5 in which APRN restrictions were lifted in entirety and then the remaining 16 had easing of some restrictions and Tennessee was one of those states. We had an executive order that was issued in March of 2020 that removed some of the requirements for APRNs to have their mandatory chart reviews and their every 30- day visit by the collaborating physician, among other minor releases to APRN practice. https://www.ncsbn.org/16412.htm ©2022 National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. The reason, in the War of 1812, the British burned Washington and with it, they burned the collection of books at the Library of Congress, 3,000 volumes. Thomas Jefferson then sold his private collection of books to the Library of Congress, 6,400 volumes, and, of course, started collecting books again. Next time you're in D.C., if you haven't seen it, visit the Library of Congress. It's an amazing place. And you can see the exhibit of Thomas Jefferson's books in various languages with numerous books on health and medicine. Thomas Jefferson believed strongly that the key to a democracy, the key to this experiment in representative government was an educated population.

I always think it's worth pointing out that this was a Harvard MBA class so the normal gender impacts we would actually see if we ran the study in a general population aren't there.
