Nominations can be submitted via the Champions Award Nomination Portal . Sample Champions Award Narrative The awards application process requires the nominator to submit a 1,000- to 1,500-word award narrative. This Sample Champions Award Narrative will help you understand the type of content required to submit a complete nomination.
