    We've looked at this data in over 200,000 healthcare workers and we've actually found that between 40% and 45% of healthcare workers are already, and this is before the pandemic, met the diagnostic criteria for burnout just using their emotional exhaustion scores. So that's one of three ways that you can get burned out, and we're already at between 40% and 45% of healthcare workers. Now, if we look over time, what we will find is that between a third and a half of healthcare workers, depending on your specialty and your background, were already burned out before the pandemic. Now, that number is closer to two out of three. In fact, it's now worse than a coin toss as to whether or not you are burned out in healthcare.
