    It is meant to be a very inspiring event as well as giving them really advanced knowledge on how to be a leader in regulation. The other thing that we're doing with ICRS is we're talking with many universities and colleges about extending what we're doing and making it available to those students, and also allowing them to grant academic credit for the ICRS courses. So not only will you be able to take a course and apply it towards, maybe a DNP or a master's degree, or whatever type of program that you decide to enroll in, we're hoping to really be a center for knowledge, of regulatory knowledge, in preparing future regulators.
