But that administrative code is about the use of simulation for clinical experiences in LPN, RN, RN to BSN nursing education programs in the state of Washington. We just have seen an increasing use of simulation for all the reasons that our previous presenters have talked about, limitations in clinical placement sites, limitations in what students can do when they are in those clinical placement sites, around medication administration, or very high acuity, or transmissible diseases, these types of things. And in addition, oftentimes, when we think about the increasing use of simulation, we think about all of the gaps that it's filling, or all of the lacking characteristics of clinical placement sites.

Demographics, Experiences and Practice Environments of Participants Nursing Licenses Held Respondents were included in the analysis if they reported holding either an RN or an APRN license. Since holding an RN license is a prerequisite for obtaining an APRN license, all respondents included in the analysis minimally held an RN license. Compared to 2021, there was a slight increase in the percentage of respondents who reported holding APRN licenses for the RN educators. There was a decrease in APRN licenses for the RN supervisors in 2024 when compared to 2021. Compared to 2021, there was also a slight increase in the percentage of newly licensed RNs who reported holding licensed practical nurse/vocational nurse (LPN/VN) licenses.

The President shall appoint the Credentials Committee, which is responsible for registering and accrediting delegates and alternate delegates. B. Upon registration, each delegate and alternate shall receive a badge and the appropriate number of voting cards authorized for that delegate. Delegates authorized to cast one vote shall receive one voting card. Delegates authorized to cast two votes shall receive two voting cards. Any transfer of voting cards must be made through the Credentials Committee.
