The percentage of females by primary job title is as follows: newly licensed LPN/VNs (91.5%) and LPN/VN educators (93.9%). In 2021, 90.1% of the total respondents reported their gender as female. Age Newly licensed LPN/VNs had an average age of 34.3 years (SD = 9.8), and LPN/VN educators had an average age of 53.2 years (SD = 10.7).
