    The next couple of slides will include a virtual tour of the NLC resources and information about the upcoming scavenger hunt. As we listened to Ann earlier, what we have identified is that there is definitely a lot to think about and discuss in terms of thinking about the NLC as a human brand. Two key points we want you to remember throughout this presentation, one, how can you and your team be NLC brand ambassadors? And secondly, how do we work collaboratively to provide that warmth and competence that Ann discussed earlier to encourage interest in the NLC and sharing of the NLC educational resources?
