And the occupancy, which is primarily our office spaces is 2%. So, that's a broad overview of how we use our funds at national council. Now, on this slide, we're going to talk about the fund balance. In looking to the projected value of the fund balance from FY-23, through FY-26, you can see that the fund in this chart is about $273 million. Thank you. Eleven percent of FY-22 operating will come from the financial reserves as shown in the source of fund slide. We will project that we will need to continue to use some of those reserve funds to support operations resulting in a decline in the reserve balance.

In 2020, NCSBN launched a research study to investigate the effect of rapid changes made in nursing education programs in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The “National Prelicensure RN Study: Assessing the Impact of COVID-19 on Nursing Education” is currently underway at 55 nursing education sites across 26 U.S. states. The study seeks to determine the extent to which programs changed their instructional formats due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The study will then prospectively and longitudinally track over 700 prelicensure nursing students and 450 faculty to measure engagement, academic performance and early career experience.

And we did that and we were surprised by that but then we started looking for this social contagion in other datasets. And here's a separate dataset where we collected data from 31 hospitals in the state of Michigan. This is 829 work settings and it's about 17,000 people. And here, we found an ICC for burnout of 0.26. Let me say what that means. Basically, 26% of your burnout, if you work in one of these hospitals in Michigan, 26% of your burnout is predicted by who you work with. A quarter of your wellbeing is the person to the left and the person to the right. Now, we weren't thinking that when we started this.
