It does not matter the audience I'm in. I think it's very important. This study sets up, basically it was in a Harvard MBA class, men advocating on behalf of themselves for their starting salary after the MBA program. This was a starting salary of about $145,000. Does everyone understand that piece of the research? That's what we're seeing here. When men in this study advocated on behalf of someone else, they did not know the gender [[00:26:00]] of the other person, they were just told they were negotiating on behalf of a classmate in their MBA program, their starting salary was slightly higher, $146,000.
