Robb was the superintendent of the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland and later was the first president of the Nurses’ Associated Alumnae CHAPTER ONE EARLY REGULATION 14 Dorsey · Schowalter of the United States and Canada.

    My topic today, I think, Kathleen Russell was telling me that there's not a lot of this unique, kind of, a unique law we have in Texas, Safe Harbor Peer Review, and that maybe it was something that I could talk to y'all about. And maybe one of two states in the nation that does this. And I think that a warning, fair warning, this is a very complex law and procedural creation. A few years ago, the Texas Nurses Association, and they're very very supportive of their nurses there, wanted to do a lot with peer review and having nurses, you know, be able to review conduct of their own nurses.
