They work with me in our Chicago office. And Julia and Zac joined us in late September, the same day. And so I just gained such valuable team members who are smart, bright, driven, and I could not ask for a better team. And that extends to our Federal Affairs Office, as well, our Federal and External Affairs Office out there in D.C, where Ashley Shelton holds it down for us in D.C. and is a thorough and measured member of the team that I rely on so much, not only in my learning of Federal Affairs.

To increase awareness, the precep- tor team offers monthly informational sessions for interested parties to promote the grant program and active communication remains a priority for the preceptorship grant team. The collec- tion and analysis of preceptor data has helped in forecasting numbers of preceptors.

And remember, we had four sources of evidence so each of the guidelines had to have at least two of those evidence areas. And then our site visit template, our site visit template came from the Site Visit Study and it can be useful especially to new education consultants going out, what they should be looking for. And just recently, I had given a course on the role of the education consultant for the ICRS program.
