    And then in November 2020, at that time, we asked to overspend our budget to hire additional FTEs to help get those processing timelines down again. We were granted the authority, and we hired 15 additional temporary staff. And then by January of '21, we reduced the turnaround to 6 days, which was well below the 14-day standard. And then, in May of 2021, the 2021-23 biennial budget was passed in our legislature, and the governor signed. And in that budget, it established a performance measure of issuing all nursing credentials within seven days of receipt of a completed application. So, our timeline went from 14 days down to 7 days, and this was legislated mandated.
