    So, you could see then looking at trends, if the data within Nursys from your board is increasing or going down. There are some key data elements that all the board should be looking at. First one is the DI 4, 4a and 5. And this all is related to discipline records. DI 6 through 9 includes licensure data directly related to verifications. DI 25 and 26 has to do with missing SSN and DOB. And this is important because we use those two, particularly for our matching within Nursys. And then last is DI 39 to 44, which are education records utilized in the verification process. So, what is the impact?

    The use of an impairment checklist. Just by a show of hands, how many of you guys use this in your diversion investigations or see facilities use this? I'm seeing a few hands. So we at the Board of Nursing actually have an impairment checklist that we put on our website and promote. We've done a recent refresh of this. But what we see in impairment checklists are oftentimes really generic descriptions. How often do you hear slurred speech or acting unusual?
