Bivariate analyses explored variables of successful program completion, and a forward stepwise logistic regression model was run to assess predictors of program success or failure. Results: Successful program completion correlated with the number of years in the program (r = 0.30). The highest percentage of nurses completing a program was at around the 5-year mark. Additionally, 26 random drug tests, 25 support group meetings, and 55 to 60 mutual support group meetings per year were associated with successful program completion. Conclusions: Bimonthly random drug tests, daily check-ins, and a minimum 3-year length of stay in a program were associated with successful program completion.

And this is where the organism is trying to fight back against the stresses that it's facing. But what happens over time is that there is an exhaustion. The animal actually becomes exhausted, just cannot continue to hold on and fight back against that stressor. The organism becomes exhausted and will eventually get sick and die. Now, I think this is also a good fit for addiction. Oftentimes, when people make a recovery attempt, there's an alarm reaction. So, your very first license when you graduate is you're going to complete the license by examination application. And again, you'll find that on your state Board of Nursing website. But after you've issued that license, if you find you need another license because you've got a job in a different state, then you're going to go to the Board of Nursing website in that state and complete the license by endorsement application.
