The President shall appoint the Credentials Committee, which is responsible for registering and accrediting delegates and alternate delegates. B. Upon registration, each delegate and alternate shall receive a badge and the appropriate number of voting cards authorized for that delegate. Delegates authorized to cast one vote shall receive one voting card. Delegates authorized to cast two votes shall receive two voting cards. Any transfer of voting cards must be made through the Credentials Committee.
