Employment of qualified faculty. 4. Additional oversight of new programs will take place for the first 6 years of operation. This may include progress reports every 6 months on program leadership, consistency of faculty, numbers of students and trends of NCLEX pass rates, along with the regularly collected annual reports to the BON.

    With this one, we needed detailed case information. So, if you remember back to that second or third slide, we had five case categories that we wanted to track. So, that gets back to the practice error, the criminal, etc. For this one, we wanted to understand the baseline case characteristics. So, we asked each participating investigative team to enter detailed baseline characteristics for the particular case under investigation during the two-year period.
