The 2026 NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN test plans were approved at the NCSBN annual meeting in August of 2025. They will go into effect on April 1st of '26, and until then, the current test plans will remain in place. However, the test plan will be, the new test plan, excuse me, will be available on our website in December of 2025.
