    Of those currently enrolled, 84% were in associate degree programs, 10% were in baccalaureate programs and 6% were in diploma programs. Of those who had applied but were not enrolled, 47% were completing prerequisite courses; 20% were on waiting lists; 26% could not afford the tuition; 3% were turned away because classes were full; and only 1% failed to meet program require- ments.
