For candidates seeking licensure/registration in Canada, domestic test centers are those within Canadian provinces/territories and the mainland U.S. (not including territories). The only acceptable forms of identification for domestic test centers are the following: Passport books and cards Driver’s license Provincial/territorial or state identification card Permanent residence card Military identification card International Test Centers The only acceptable forms of identification for international test centers are the following: Passport books and cards For both domestic and international test centers, the identification presented on exam day must be non-expired and government issued.
