    So even if you don't agree with the 70%, 50% is a horrible number, given the amount of effort that is invested. And why do they fail? They fail for typically three reasons, one of three reasons. One is they just never deliver, they just never come to completion. A lot of money, a lot of time, a lot of energy and they die in the mine. The second is they finish, and in some regards, they finish in a textbook way.
