    With this release, ORBS has updated its public Portals (Nurse Portal, Complaint Portal, License Verification Portla) to utilize Google’s reCAPTCHA as an increased security measure which is easy on humans and harder on the bots. Most of the time, the user will simply need to check a box. On occasions like a first time visit, it can present a secondary verification step as shown below to positively determine that the user is not a bot. When selecting the Update Respondent Info button, if the Respondent name and contact information from the Complaint is different from what is already in ORBS, a popup window appears, offering to keep or update the existing information.
