Education Consultant Focus Group 2 June 15, 2023 TO: Education Consultant Task Force FR: Nancy Spector, PhD, RN, FAAN, Director of Nursing Education RE: Essential competencies of an education consultant The NCSBN’s primary education consultants recommended that we convene a focus group to identify the essential competencies of the Education Consultants. Members of the Primary Education Consultant group were appointed to this focus group, based on their expertise, desire to participate, and the support of their board of nursing.
