Passage of (bill name) provides for the adoption of language which will: Plug in bullet points as they apply to your bill; revise and edit as needed for your specific situation. Ensure public safety by requiring advanced practice registered nurses to be licensed as APRNs. Currently, our jurisdiction does not require this. This would be in addition to the registered nurse (RN) license and is a recommendation in the Consensus Model for APRN Regulation.

In addition to demographic information and other data collection regarding entry-level, the 2021 NCLEX practice analysis asked three primary questions. However, the nature of the questions allows us to collect four data points. These points are if you perform the activity in your setting, which is setting applicability, if so, how often, which is activity frequency, how important is the activity relative to the client's safety and prevention of complications, which is activity importance or criticality, and how relevant is clinical judgment in the performance of the activity, which is clinical judgment relevancy.
