NCSBN’s membership is comprised of the NRBs in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and four U.S. territories — American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and the Virgin Islands.     We did more of an extensive design update at this point. Here we reevaluated our navigation and went from an audience-based navigation to a topic-based navigation, and then this is the point where we first implemented our first mobile version of our website. Then in 2014, we did an overhaul of the website. We knew a larger audience was coming to our site on mobile devices and we knew this was just going to increase. So at this time, we moved to a responsive framework. We enlisted a vendor to help with the building of our custom-responsive framework.

    That is how fast the cyber world is getting ahead of security. And you know what?
