Discussion: The subcommittee planned to review their designated articles of the Model Act, looking to ensure that each of the statutes meet the committee charge. Decision: The subcommittee intended on standardizing the concept of remote work options by getting rid of the word “electronically” and replacing it with “virtually” throughout the Model Act [and Rules].
