The subcommittee reviewed the red lined version of the proposed changes recommended during the April 15-16, 2024, meeting and completed its review of Articles VII, VIII and IX of the Model Act. The subcommittee began reviewing Section 7 of the Model Rules and discussed proposed edits and updates. The subcommittee discussed a new layout for the Model Rules to better align the sections with similar sections of the Model Act.
