Secondly, NCSBN is creating the first-ever nursing education database for the nursing community. The ARP team has developed evidence-based core questions that are asked of all participating NRBs, thereby collecting consistent data that can be compared nationally. Besides demographic data, all the questions are based on the quality indicators and warning signs reported in NCSBN Regulatory Guidelines (Spector et al., 2020).

CURRENT OUTCOMES: COMPLETIONS • As of March 25, 2021: • 284 agreed Board orders for the KSTAR program have been ratified. • 276 nurses have enrolled or are in the process of enrolling in KSTAR; • 61 nurse participants are in the process of enrolling and completing; • 189 nurses have successfully completed; • 26 nurse participants were referred back to the Board for unsuccessful completion; and • 8 nurses failed to enroll in the KSTAR Nursing program.
