I mean, every time you talk to them, they seem to be overwhelmed because they're doing so much, or they're feeling...or they're going through so much. Again, that trauma base. So one of the things we implemented recently is we talk to them and we tell them about the programs. We put the information on the website. But we also developed little three to five-minute videos that go through different portions of our program, the drug screening, how you sign up, what you need for it, the prescription monitoring, the things that they'll actually have to operationalize.

There are two major steps in the initial registration process. The first step is to apply with the desired NRB the candidate wants to practice in. Eligibility requirements are determined by that NRB. The second step is to complete account registration with Pearson VUE. This process is detailed on our website which there is a link to on the slide.
