    Financial Summary Financial Summary Report for the period October 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023 To rebalance the investment portfolio, and to continue to execute an effective treasury management strategy, a total of $29 million in stock mutual funds was liquidated during the first quarter of FY-24. The cash proceeds were transferred to the NCSBN bank account at JP Morgan Chase. While investment allocations were within the range required by policy, the liquidation of the stock mutual funds will move the investment portfolio allocations closer to their central target amounts.
