Leader to Leader, the biannual newsletter for nursing educators, remained a popular mechanism by which to disseminate information and stimulate dialogue between the educational community and NCSBN. NCSBN hosted a very successful “Forum on the Transition of New Nurses from Education to Practice: A Regulatory Perspective” drawing educators and regulators from 41 states and five countries to discuss the development of programs to help new nurses to effectively transition from education to practice.
