And of course, if they observe irrelevant or they focus on irrelevant, incorrect information, that could be detrimental.

Now, we didn't think we'd have that high of a response rate for the site visit study, because not all of the boards conduct site visits. So, we were very pleased with the response of the boards of nursing for both the site visit study and the annual report study.
