He chairs the Nurse Licensure Compact Compliance Committee. Fred was a key member of the Attorney Advisory Group, dedicating his time and effort to developing the model statute and rules of the Nurse Licensure Compact. Over the years, he has presented at conferences and other nursing regulatory bodies, as well as provided legal guidance for understanding issues surrounding the Compact and its implications.
