I think at this point in time, we're going to change gears slightly and leave specific statutes that Emma discussed within the Compact itself, and we're going to discuss rules. And rules are always fascinating. And of course, I was on the Rules Committee. Some people would rather die than to have to deal with the rules, but I'm one of those individuals, I start to say oddball and that may be true, that really likes rules and likes working with rules and within rules. So Stacey is going to walk you through some of the rules, especially those rules that are specifically related to investigations and discipline.
