The statements present the financial position of NCSBN as of March 31, 2025. • Approval of revisions of Policy 8.5 Investments to change the asset allocation range for international equity to a minimum of 0% and a maximum of 18% of the total value of the investment portfolio. The asset allocation is appropriate for the organization’s investment goals and risk tolerance. • Approval of the proposal to increase the NCLEX exam fee and establish a timeline to present the proposal to the DA.

    NCSBN's NursingAmerica initiative assists states in aligning their APRN regulation with the major elements of the APRN Consensus Model. APRNs are educated and nationally certified in a role and population that enables them to provide care ranging from primary and maternal services to anesthesia care. In most of the country, APRNs are required by law to have a collaborative or supervisory agreement with a physician to perform these very same essential services, creating unnecessary barriers to care for patients in those states.
