I'm here to talk about sensitivity and differential item functioning reviews with my colleague, Dr. Hong Qian from measurement and testing. At the end of this presentation, you should be able to identify the purpose of conducting a Sensitivity and Differential Item Functioning, or DIF, panel review and also be able to describe how NCSBN conducts Sensitivity and DIF review panels.
