Now, in California, you go to school for it, there are paralegal training institutes, and you go and you take classes for nine months on how to be a paralegal and it costs you money. And we'd always presumed, since it cost you money, that decreases the supply of paralegals, because, obviously, not all of us have money. But you go and you get trained, and then you look up on the California website and you say, "What do I have to do to become a paralegal?" And the California website tells you, you have to go to school, you have to pass the bar. It's a two-day test for paralegals which I think is ironic because it's a three-day test for lawyers.

And just about 26 people answered that, but 96% said, yes, they do have someone who monitors the caseloads. So, that was good to hear. And we certainly could, you know, wish we could have all the positions that all the boards need. We understand state budgets limit some of that.

There's exponential growth growth in this particular sector. I was looking at my notes earlier. Last year, a Google search for nurse and IV hydration yielded over 31 million results. That was last year. So here we are a year later, almost, and you have the presence of mobile IVs, all of them are offering this IV hydration, and on-call infusion administration where they will come to your home. This has exponential growth and I see it continuing to grow. Financially it has impacted a lot of individuals' lives. It's a business.
