The goal of Phase I was to create the underlying infrastructure for the data repository and load existing marketing data as a proof of concept . • The Microsoft Azure cloud environment for hosting the data repository was completed and passed a security audit . • NCSBN marketing’s website analytics and social media data was loaded into the repository and reports, dashboards and visualizations were created Future Activities • Phase II will begin the loading and analysis of data for Strategic Objective A3 and will continue as part of the new strategic plan. • Phase II is tentatively scheduled to begin in the July/August 2022 timeframe as NCSBN looks to secure data engineering resources as well as project resources from IT, Exams and Nursing Regulation.

An excellent resource for all questions related to SARA can be found on the NC-SARA website; there are informative documents and webinars available that address disclosures and reporting require- ments. The most current SARA Policy Manual should be required reading for all compliance team members and institutional leadership! So I'm going to pull something else out of my magic bag. But I had one individual, a young man, 26 years old, run into my meeting and say, "I know what we can do. I know what we can do. The crew can make this and we can fix the solar array." So if you've ever seen the movie "Apollo 13" where they dump stuff on the table, that was my "Apollo 13" moment, except I am looking at him like he's nuts.
