    It just shows that it is more effective at leading to program completion. So it's another standard that we'd like to see established. This figure shows that the percent of nurses completing a program does correlate with the length of time, length of stay in the program. And so, you can see, the bottom numbers if you can't tell are decimals, so it goes from like 0 to 0.5, which is 1/2 a year, then it's 1 year, 1-1/2 years, 2 years, etc, up to 6, 6-1/2 year. And it climbs, although there is kind of an initial flattening out after a couple of years that you see with only a quick climb at the very end of the data.
