We looked at...in the Journal of Nursing Regulation, there was an article in there and looking at discipline from 2014 to 2016, it looked at about 5.5 million RNs and LPNs. In that time, 20,000 adverse actions were taken over 3 years, or 6,600 a year or so, which really is only about 0.4% of the population. So it's really not that much.

So those are not federally scheduled at this point. Excuse me, they are federally scheduled, they are Schedule 2, and some are Schedule 3. So when the form of dronabinol through the nasal form, the nasal application, that is Schedule 2, whereas the capsule form is Schedule 3. So now the nasal form of that will automatically go to Schedule 3. So we'll have approximately three medications not derived from natural cannabis that are already on the schedule that will become Schedule 3.

And after that it says, "IS LICENSE AUTOMATICALLY REINSTATED AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE(S)?" It says, "YES." So, in this instance, nobody has to go in and put a reinstatement on it. Nobody has to touch this case. On 04/03/2022, that is going to change from probation to unencumbered.
