And it has since then been enacted in only three states, Idaho, North Dakota, and Wyoming. There are some reasons why we think this is what we're hearing, particularly the staff who were working with state legislators and other policymakers to figure out whether the APRN Compact can be adopted in these states.

    So, just so you get a flavor of where the countries are. Certainly, the United States has had the most, 42 prosecutions, 30 of those convicted, 3 are pending. Then we have Germany with the next most and England are in the double digits. In the United States, we have Texas with the most, so I'm delighted to have our regulator from Texas here. And you just get a feel for the fact that certainly not every state is represented.
