And there is an opportunity for us to work together globally to get ahead of this. And so this is the first step in us doing that and working with our international partners. So, just to remind you, this has been a multi-phase project. I'm going to be talking to you about phases 3 and 4, the International Telehealth Think Tank that we held, and the Validation of The Guiding Principles.

But these are all missing drugs. So looking at the first one, it says it's unable to reconcile missing admin, waste, or return, and you can see they dispensed 2 milligrams of lorazepam. No admin, no waste, no return, and so they have a remainder of 2 milligrams. So it requires the auditor to go in and to take a look at the chart. What can they find? Yep, can't find it. So then it remains unreconciled.
