Now, what we're looking at is Week 3, when they do their very first Lasater to get a baseline of where they're at, and Week 18 are the checkpoints. So we have a total of about 428 evaluations that have been completed to date, or as of July, and we had 255 at Week 8 and then 173 at Week 18.

Here is a different depiction of the distribution of content for the REx-PN Test Plan. The current REx- PN Test Plan went into effect January 2022. The eight categories are management of care, safety and infection control, health promotion and maintenance, psychosocial integrity, basic care and comfort, pharmacological and parenteral therapies, reduction of risk potential and physiological adaptation. Again, content area distributions may differ up to plus or minus 3% in each category.

This question, I believe, concerns Layer 4 of the measurement model. The question is, how are the environmental factors or individual factors used in the test items? - That's a great question and one that we get often. So when we look at the NCSBN clinical judgment measurement model, we look at Layers 3 and 4. And I think of Layer 3, that's the recognize cues, all the way through evaluate outcomes, those six steps. And I see Layer 3 as kind of looking at the client themselves.
