Right? If there is something to be said about timing, there is a reason why we developed ICD codes, right? And then they got misused all over the place, right? And there is a reason why Florence Nightingale decided that she needs some form of a coding system to keep track of what's happening to patients at a large population level and that whole thing evolved into a coding system and now hundreds and thousands of companies all over the world and entire 3 to 10 trillion dollar industry across the world is basing its foundation on these coding systems.

They usually do nothing with them. And so, unless it's rape, and the victim goes and gets a rape kit, and all of that done early on, usually, law enforcement is like, "Well, we'll just let you deal with it, medical commission, and you tell us what happened and maybe we'll take action.But you know, we're out busting drug dealers and stuff, so that's more important to us."

And it falls under the scope of laser light, radio frequency and plasma treatment and so we had a complaint come in. Normally we don't investigate billing complaints, but the lady had said, "Hey, I paid this provider $3,000 for this procedure and I've only had two and I want to have the third one but she won't see me and by the way, she burned me on the second procedure."
