And there is a reason why Florence Nightingale decided that she needs some form of a coding system to keep track of what's happening to patients at a large population level and that whole thing evolved into a coding system and now hundreds and thousands of companies all over the world and entire 3 to 10 trillion dollar industry across the world is basing its foundation on these coding systems.
