Reprocessing Once an individual’s profile has been created or updated with their SSN, an ORBS user must select the Reprocess option to reprocess the Other Exam Results, can populate within the individual’s profile. To select an individual exam result for reprocessing; 2. Select the Action Gear 3. Select Reprocess All entries marked for reprocessing will display a clock icon and will update the individual’s record when the Other Exams Service runs. Edit If there is a need to Edit an Unmatched Other Exam Result, there is an option available. 4.
