    So, Layer 1 is that observable layer that shows you the clinical judgment piece in its one big process there. So, there's no way to measure that and it's really difficult to teach. The second, Layer 2 and 3, these are not observable. They're supportive of Layer 1 and, of course, Layer 0, but Layer 1, 2, and 3 are considered the cognitive layers of this model. And so, in Layer 2, it's not nearly explicit as it is in Layer 3, but this is essentially what clinical judgment does, how it looks at a summative level.
