    So how do we connect that work with creating definition of value for boards of nursing and talking points? How do we support each other? I would love to hear from all of you about your best practices. Yesterday in our ED meeting, Peggy Benson from Alabama shared that they have barriers listed on their website. And right away, I was like, okay, how do we grab our barriers that we've overcome and put those forward as well as metrics so we have a list and numbers? Gets to the hearts and minds there. And mostly, how can we help the public trust us and the presidents?

    OONe contacted the Ohio Board of Nursing to discuss its interest and future possibilities. The committee also drafted a white paper that summarized the problem, nursing practice expectations, results of the literature review and various models for transition to practice programs. The paper, available at the Ohio hospital Association website, www.ohanet.org, and the Ohio Board of Nursing website, Gaining Consensus: Nursing Practice, Education and Regulation Experts Needed NCsBN’s Learning extension is offering a unique opportu- nity for nurse educators to write practice questions for its NCLeX-RN® and NCLeX-PN® review courses.
